The questions we get before anyone books. If yours isn't here, call — it's a person, not a queue.
How can you price it without seeing the place?
The estimate is built from the hours the job actually takes — size, room count, cleaning type, how far behind it is — not from a guess. It holds within 8%. If a walkthrough changes the scope, you hear the new number before we start, never after.
Why is this more than the calculator I found online?
National calculators price national job times. Las Vegas has the hardest municipal water of any major US city and desert silica that settles two to three times faster — real work that pushes actual job times well above the national benchmark. Quoting national times here is how a cleaner underbids and then rushes your house.
Do I need to be home?
No, and most clients aren't. Lockbox, gate code, smart lock or key handoff all work — tell us in the notes. The photo report is how you see what happened without being there.
Will it be the same cleaners every time?
On recurring work, yes. Our crews are W-2 employees who stay, which is the entire reason we can promise it — most of this industry runs 1099 staffing with turnover past 200% and can't. If someone is out, the backup crew gets your property notes, not a blank slate.
What if the clean isn't right?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it, free, no argument. The re-clean and what caused it both go in the record — that's how the miss doesn't repeat.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Everything, in a kit that lives loaded in the vehicle — including the acid products and pumice that hard-water scale actually needs. Color-coded microfiber, so the cloth that touched a toilet never touches your counter. Using your products instead is fine, just say so.
When do I pay, and is there a deposit?
Payment on completion. One-time, deep and move-out cleans take a 50% deposit to hold the appointment; recurring visits take none. Reschedule free with 48 hours' notice — inside that it's 50% of the visit, because the crew's day is already committed.
Am I locked into a contract?
Not on residential recurring — nothing to sign, skip or stop with 48 hours' notice. Commercial janitorial is a real contract because the schedule, inspections and consequences need to be written down. Recurring rates get reviewed annually; we tell you before, not with an invoice.
Can you cover a same-day turnover?
That's what the backup crew exists for — a cleaner no-showing on a same-day checkout is the emergency we're built to absorb. Call rather than use the form; the phone is faster than any web flow when the guest arrives at four.
Are you insured and bonded?
General liability, a janitorial bond, and Nevada workers' comp on every employee. Certificates go out before the first visit — and we'll name you as additional insured if your vendor process needs it.
What don't you do?
Cleaning only — no demolition, no structural work, no contracted debris hauling. We also won't climb past what's safe from a step stool, move heavy furniture alone, or handle biohazard and mold remediation. We'll tell you who does.
Do you paint too?
Atom Painting is our sister company — same standards, same people behind it. On a turn or a post-construction unit that needs both, it's one call and one schedule instead of two vendors blaming each other.
